By creating a server you agree to the Minecraft EULA and the fair-use rules.

Edit configs in the browser, upload plugins and worlds, unzip archives and download backups.
Runs Paper, so Bukkit, Spigot and Paper plugins work. Pick the latest version or an older one.
Big world to move? Make an SFTP password and use FileZilla or WinSCP.
Your server is tied to this browser. Save the restore link and you can get back in from anywhere.
You get an address the moment it's ready. Send it to your friends and play.
Free servers share one machine, so a few rules keep it fair for everyone:
Free servers have 2 GB of RAM, sleep when nobody's online and are removed after 14 days without use. For something bigger or always on, take a look at our paid plans.

Join our DiscordReally. When you create a server, your browser gets a secret key that unlocks it. We also give you a restore link with that key in it. Save the link somewhere safe: it's the only way back in from another device, or if you clear your cookies.
If you're still on the same browser, just open your panel and make a new link in Settings. If the browser forgot it too, we can't tell who you are, so the server can't be recovered. That's the price of not having an account.
Free servers run Paper, which supports plugins but not Forge or Fabric mods.
It went to sleep because nobody was online for 15 minutes. Open your panel and press Start. If every free slot is busy, try again in a few minutes.
One free server per person keeps room for everyone. If you want a fresh start, delete your server in Settings and create a new one.
Free servers stay at 2 GB. If you need more, have a look at our paid plans.
Ask on our Discord. Never post your restore link there, or anywhere else: anyone who has it controls your server.
Paste your restore link or server key to open it on this device.
